On-line Hydrant Operations

Safety2Go's Hydrant Wrench Bag has a reinforced base that lasts longer than standard bags.On-line hydrant operations involve strapping a bag to the fire apparatus's large diameter hose (LDH), allowing for quick release of the LDH and easy hydrant catching. Many types of these bags are offered, but Safety2Go's Hydrant Wrench Bag offers extra durability by having a reinforced bottom made of the same seat belt webbing as our hose bed nets, rated to 5000 pounds of tensile force.

Off-line Hydrant Operations

Safety2Go's Hydrant Wrench Bag has a reinforced base that allows it to withstand being thrown from the apparatus.Off-line hydrant operations have the plug bag stored in a compartment or on the tailboard of the apparatus. Built like our on-line hydrant wrench bags, our plug bag is made of seat belt webbing with a reinforced bottom plus an extra layer of 3⁄16" sheet of rubber to further mitigate damage to the bag and adapters from throwing the bag from the fire apparatus.
